Return & Refund Policy
To qualify for this, the item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
When we receive the item/s back, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund/exchange. We will then process a refund/exchange as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when this has been processed. We process refunds and exchanges on the same working day we receive your item/s back. Refunds can only be processed on the same card that the original order was made. Once we receive the item back we will then process an exchange for the correct product or else process a full refund on the day that we have received the product back. As soon as we do this you will be notified. It is important to note that refunds can only be made onto the card on which the order was originally made.
